Need your box sooner? We understand that sometimes special occasions arise on short notice and we are pleased to offer expedited service for time-sensitive occasions.
- 3 Business Days: Additional 20% rush fee added to total
- 2 Business Days: Additional 30% rush fee added to total
- Next Business Day: Additional 50% rush fee added to total
Rush fees are in addition to any expedited shipping costs. Orders must be placed by 2:00pm EST to qualify for next-day service. Please contact us at theburgbox@gmail.com to confirm availability before placing your rush order.
All rush orders are subject to product availability and must be confirmed by our team. Please reach out before placing an online order to ensure we can meet your timeline.
Of course! However, ALL boxes in the same order must all be sent to the same address.
If you wish to send multiple Burg Boxes to multiple addresses, they must be separate orders.
No. We never include an invoice with pricing information inside the box. Only the purchaser will receive an email with order confirmation and pricing information.
Yes, as part of our packaging we always add a label on the outside of the box that indicates "To" and "From". When the box arrives on the recipient's doorstep, they can quickly see who the package is from.
Yes, of course! If this is a gift, the recipient needs to know who it is from. We offer you an opportunity to add a personalized message during the ordering process. We will hand-write your note on our signature notecard and include it in the box.
No. Currently, we are exclusively online. However, for locals and visitors to Blacksburg, VA, we're happy to arrange local pickup or delivery during your stay.
