No. We never include an invoice or pricing information in the box itself. Only the purchaser will receive an email with order confirmation and pricing information.
Yes, as part of our packaging we always add a label on the outside of the box that indicates "To and From". When the box arrives on the recipient's doorstep, they can quickly see who the package is from.
Yes, of course! If you are sending the box as a gift, the recipient needs to know who this fabulous gift is from. We offer a place for you to add your custom message and we create a hand-written note to include in the box.
No. Currently, we operate exclusively online. However, for visitors to Blacksburg, VA, we're happy to arrange local pickup or same-day delivery during your stay.
